The Russian invasion of Ukraine confirms that the post-Cold War era has come to a close. This seminar will explore the initial promise of how the world responded to the end of the Cold War, the early challenges, and the post-Cold War era’s ultimate decline. We’ll be exploring events in Europe, the Middle East, and East Asia. Each session will end with 10-15 minutes on contemporary events and then some questions & discussion.
