Midterms in Historical Perspective

With fewer than 100 days until the 2022 midterms, this seminar will provide some historical perspective to better understand the upcoming elections. We’ll look back at five types of midterm elections and conclude with an analysis of this year’s midterms.
As always, each session will end with 15-20 minutes of questions on contemporary matters, including the midterms.
